All of us value our privacy and security. Even actors, singers, politicians and other public figures who are always expose to the public leave some space in their lives for privacy. It seldom happens that someone will expose himself or herself totally to the public scrutiny. But for the rest of us, we will do anything to ensure that our private lives remain private and secure by adding security cameras and an alarm system. Aside from these, others have some combination shutters installed in their windows for added security and privacy.
Fame has a price. I used to wonder actors like Tom Cruise, Angela Jolie, Brad Pitt, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, the Kardasians, the housemates in the Big Brother's house and other famous figures are able to handle fame. It must have been both hard and fun living in a world where all eyes are focus to your every words, actions and behavior. Being judged all the time is probably the hardest especially when people do not know what exactly happened. I am talking about Miley Cyrus who made a lot of people and even celebrities like her, upset and scandalized by her disturbing performance during the 2013 Video Music Awards. She had surpassed the other celebrities before her who had also made a huge controversy and a lot of appalling reactions from their fans and haters. Why does she have to do those acts when she does not necessarily have to do it? Is it because of her waning popularity or it is just another act of rebellion which most famous child stars like her do all the time? But what's the real story?
It is quite sad that some famous individuals are unable to handle fame. It is even harder for former Disney stars to maintain a good public facade all the time. The pressure of being a role model must have taken a toll on Miley Cyrus and the other famous child stars, in the exemptions of a few who remains in the good light. For these reasons I would rather remain in incognito rather than paying the price of fame.
