According to experts, a happy employee is a productive employee. I couldn't agree more. Happy people are more efficient and productive to those who are not. They never mind doing an extra mile for their employers. They always make sure that their clients are more than satisfied with their services. This is probably one of the reasons why good employers invest in making sure that their employees are always happy.
Other than funding trips, increasing their employees salaries and acknowledging them for a job well done, some employers would also ensure that their employees have a fun and homey workplace just like the Google Headquarters. Everyone in the office seems to be having a lot of fun. It is like their not working at all. With this kind of workplace I guess no one is ever stressed out or burn out in their work. I suppose this is the same reason why our office was also renovated. For the interior, modern wall art decor adorns the wall of our offices while designer ceramic sconces adds beauty and warmth to the rooms. For the exterior, exterior shutters and window boxes are installed to the windows. The combination of the exterior shutters and window boxes is just perfect. It made the office look and feel less intimidating unlike before. The exterior shutters and the windowboxes gave the office a trendier and homey appeal. It made the office look more like a home which really help us relax and have fun at work.
A fun and beautiful environment is every employee’s wish. With this kind of environment I am sure that everyone is more than happy to report to work everyday. I just wish that every employer should ensure that their employees are not only receiving a handsome paycheck but a wonderful workplace as well. These things do not only boost their morale. It also make them feel important or special. Once they do, they do not only earn their employees’ devotion but their loyalty as well.
